2. Initial conference One of our design consultants will reach out to you, via telephone, to learn more about your needs and style. In order to provide personalized service, the consultant will be interested in things like:

- your design style and color preferences

If you have digital photos of the space you’ll be improving, that can assist your consultant even further. The in-home appointment will be scheduled.
3. Appointment confirmation The day before your appointment, you will be contacted again to confirm the date, time and location.
4. Shop At Home appointment Your consultant will arrive with samples that perfectly suit your needs and desires, as well as some “wild card” options chosen based on your previous discussions. Once you’ve found the sample(s) that best fit your decor, the consultant will provide you with an accurate estimate for the product and installation.
