Sales Consultant

 

Bob’s Carpet and Flooring Store Managers are responsible for creating a welcoming and exciting store environment. Store Managers lead by example and instill the Bob’s Carpet and Flooring tradition of customer service through policies and procedures. Store Managers recruit, select and train Sales Consultants then contribute to each team member’s success through coaching, counseling and discipline. Store Managers will effectively communicate and work with customers, Sales Consultants, Subcontractors and personnel. Specific tasks may also include, but are not limited to, completion and appropriate submission of sales documentation, processing of credit and cash payments, store appearance and maintenance and customer relations.
